The SAC Foundation's Volunteer Program is a cultural exchange program for our international volunteers and/or a unique opportunity for one to better understand and help his/her country for those nationals eager to participate as SAC volunteers. SAC volunteers work alongside Haitian families and SAC staff on projects that promote sustainable solutions to poverty. Located in the Jacmel area in the South-east of Haiti, the program offers hands-on work opportunities, cultural exchange activities and the chance to be directly impacting the accompanying change in people's lives.
The SAC Foundation Volunteer Program gives you the flexibility to help out in whatever capacity you feel most comfortable. If you have a few hours to spare and would like to be involved, it may be possible to work in an office, helping in your local area. You can join in campaigns, advocacy, fundraising work. or even apply to for an active and direct involvement in our field programs.
